How do I secure my date?
To ensure that your date is secure, we ask for a signed contract with a 25% deposit of the total amount of services. The retainer is non-refundable.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel fees will be paid per artist for all locations. Fees vary based on distance.
How long does it take for each service?
We allow 40 minutes per service with the bride having two full hours for hair and makeup. We offer a complimentary schedule for the day of the event. There may be additional charges for repeated schedule changes. Timelines are extremely important and are created based upon the amount of services requested, the amount of artist on location and with consideration of pre-wedding photos. We ask that all bridal party members be on time for their appointment. For every 15 minutes an artist is waiting to begin a service, a $25 charge will be invoiced to the client.
Preparation for Hair and Makeup?
Hair needs to be CLEAN and DRY. Everyone needs to arrive with a clean and makeup free face. Failure to come prepared will result in the individual being moved to the end of the timeline.
Is there an additional charge per artist needed?
The number of artist we send is based upon the amount of services booked in combination with the amount of time we have to preform the services. We require 5 hours for every 7 services. If you do not have that amount of time then you may add an additional artist(s) for a fee.
Can I request a specific Project Artistry artist for my booking?
Yes! If there's a specific Project Artistry artist that you would like to be booked with, please submit your request via email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note a $250 booking fee applies when requesting Project Artistry owner, Kayla Cameron.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. This needs to be one transaction paid by the Bride or Bride's family ONLY.
Is gratuity included in packages?
Yes, we charge a 15% gratuity to all service balances.
What is the policy on cancellations?
We require a 30-day notice of event cancellations. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you would like to cancel or decrease the number of services requested after the 30 day grace period, we require 50% of the cancellation amount. For ex. A bridesmaid package is $175 so the cancellation amount would be $87.
